Technology Description blank

I made a new effect to increase the unit cap on European Cannons. I tried to add it to one of the technologies (shogun_military_musket_teppo_mastery) and now when I try to look at the tech in the tech tree the entire description is blank like if you don't put and entry in the text files for a units name. However, I can still read the name of the tech and the short description right under it's name, and it still says -10% reduction reload or what ever it's supposed to say... my memory isn't so good.

I edited the effects.loc, but I can't figure out what else I need to do.

It's the same problem that happends with the units. Just make a mod with the file "localisation.loc" (you can extract it from your "local_XX.pack") and add to the "localisation.loc" file the new lines with the new text. Or change the language of your game to english.

The language is already English (I'm American). Perhaps it's a problem with the ui? I used this (data/ui/campaign ui/effect_bundles/effect_samurai_units_positive.tga) for the effect's ui, same as I did with the other unit cap effects I made, the only difference is that instead of the effect coming from a building (like in the sekigahara campaign) it comes from a tech (like in FOTS).

The UI it's not the problem. The problem it's the game don't found the text line. Could you upload the file? It's hard to found the problem without see the files.

Can you upload the tables effects and effects_bundles? Only with the text files I cant see anything.

My bad. I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. I don't know why the effect_bundles.loc is in there, because I haven't had any issues with that at all. My effects are all pretty generically named so I hope that will help

Mmmm the names are correct, so it's strange. It's only happends with that effect or happends with the others effects too?

It's just the effects that I added to the technologies. I haven't noticed any other effects causing any problems

Fixed. The problem is simple: you have added some effects to a technology, but some of those effects dont have text and, if one effect fail, all fail. Just make text lines for the other effects and will work (it's working for me now).
