    Default Barely Accepted

Just get excommunicated by the Pope, so I sent a Diplomat to Rome to have a reconciliation. They demand very much money for tribute, about 13000/4 turn. So I accept that tribute and the cancel that tribute on the same time.
And then because of that cancelation, my relations with Pope goes to abysmal. So my same diplomat try to give them money (100 florins) to pope, and the 'barely accepted' and they fEel annoyed. My relation then still at abysmal. Few turns later the Pope died, and my cardinal elected as Pope. My relations than go up to perfect. But, when I'm give them money again(1000 florins) my relations go down again to abysmal.

Why this is happen? Pope doesn't like money anymore? Have you guys share same experience? Thanks anyway.

His Holliness is probably frustrated by the tiny amount of money offered to him. Try to donate more money next time.

If your relations are perfect don't do anything. Don't fix something that isn't broken.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
I am me. You are not me. You are you. If I was you, I wouldn't be me.
If you were me, I'd be sad.But I wouldn't then be me because you'd be me so you wouldn't be me because I wasn't me because you were me but you couldn't be because I'd be a different me. I'd rather be any kind of bird (apart from a goose) than be you because to be you I'd have to not be me which I couldn't do unless someone else was me but then they would be you aswell so there would still be no me. They would be you because I was you so to restore balance you would have to be me and them meaning all three of us would become one continously the same. That would be very bad.

This. There is a "wrap-around" effect I have experienced several times with el Papa. Once your relations are Perfect, wait until they drop again before you gift him anything. This may happen for other factions too, but I've only experienced it with the Papal States.

The diplomacy AI can actually remember when you dick them over by selling them a city and then taking it, or canceling tribute.

Alright, gonna make more money for the Pope than. Making money in M2TW is much easier than makin one in RTW because I'm always have negative income at RTW. And.. Oh ! Just saw Sicily captured Rome and The Pope now at Florence, they already declare truce though. That's very intresting view for me.

How do you lose money on RTW? Build farms, build markets, get trade agreements = swimming in money.
