As for the age old question "Is this card good enough for MTWII", my answer is simple: No one knows. Not even the devs unless if the game is a whole lot closer to release then we thought it would be. Anyone who knows is lying.
Yes, I know about the whole "High on RTW is medium for MTWII" Problem is, that is their goal, and this is marketing people talking. People don't always reach their goals, and marketing people don't always have a clue what people are talking about.

ok ignore the mTW2 aspect of this, I just want to know which card to buy, I need someone who knows alot about graphics cards.

Caesar IV
Sid:Mier's Railroads
I don't know my monitor specs off the top of my head, but it is standard monitor, not flat screen
