Default New Mobo/CPU/GPU and now windows won't boot

As the title says, just got a new mobo/gpu/cpu for Rome 2, installed it all today after a little bit of difficulties, pushed the power button and it all came to life. It flashed the little mobo screen thing, then said "starting windows 7" for about 5 seconds, then it just infinitely loops that process. Same RAM and HDD.

I've got the windows startup repair running right now, though I doubt it'll do anything. I really don't know what to do now, any help would be fantastic as I'm completely lost. I got back from basic training and my family lost all of my in a move to a new place so I have no idea where my Windows 7 disk & Key code are, gonna assume I'll need those.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

It is possible to retrieve your Windows disk and code.

But it will require a CD with 4gb(I don't think you need quite so much space, but check the specs of the OS in any case) of space or so to house an OS and access to a PC/Laptop with the ability to burn the OS onto the CD.

It is possible for you to retrieve your Windows 7 key(assuming you have lost it/didn't write it down) as well.

    A) Check your case for any labels with the Serial Key.
    If not A, then;
    B) If there is none, you'll have to rebuild your old PC; start it up, and find your OS serial code. (I believe a free software called Belarc Advisor will give you a full view of your PC's software/hardware, including OS & serial key).

Did you remember to Sysprep the machine prior to changing the mobo/GPU/CPU by the way?

Basic training is probably going to serve you well, as you'll most likely end up needing some of the stamina gained there; dealing with computers is no trivial task for the uninitiated

Hi! And thanks for the fast response.

That I can do, and I just called my brother and he might know where that Windows 7 disk and serial code are.
However, I don't know what a Sysprep is . I, foolishly, assumed that all I'd need to do was replace the hardware and install the new drivers for the mobo.

What do I do when I get the W7 disk & code?

Sysprep is usually an action taken prior to switching hardware while keeping your same HDD etc. It's meant to prepare the system for the new stuff while deleting old drivers and such that might cause problems with the new parts.

This was the article I used for guidance when I recently rebuilt my own computer, adding a new mobo, CPU and GPU.
    http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...-computer.html

It has a basic, 12 step guide for changing your computer's hardware.

If I was you, I would play it safe and reassamble your old computer, initiate sysprep, and THEN insert the new hardware.

Finally figured out the issue with sysprep, it had errors with IE10 and I had to edit some of the registrys. Got it sysprepped, put my HD into the new machine, and boom.
It started, and I'm installing all the drivers right now.
Thanks so much for all the help, seriously, woulda been lost otherwise.
