As Rome or Carthage, choose not to establish an empire following a civil war.

I take something important from that, you can go from republic to empire after a civil war (maybe it's the only way) but you can do it as carthage too. I wonder why they made carthage so much of an alter ego of rome ?

I find achievement icons which look like ancient coins very beautiful. Just wondering why they couldnt make menus and interface in the same way. Transparent menus look so ugly.
