    Korpskog is no longer working on this submod, to my knowledge. He released and had more pertinent matters to address but has said anyone who wants to further the mod is welcome to just don't forget to give credit where credit is due. With that being said I started to add on to this months ago, took a break and now I am back finishing up what I had left which now is a lot of time consuming unit pics/descriptions and coding. It won't be as good as what Korps coulda done but it's expaned and polished up a wee bit more.

    Have roughly 90% done with what I plan on doing. Mainly left to do in some unit descriptions, checking balancing, small scripts, some ui, and any ideas that come up.

    Playable Factions:
    Starks
    Boltons
    Umbers
    Manderlys
    Reeds
    Ryswells
    Night's Watch
    Free Folk
    (I've added the Northern Lords of the Vales who have a few castles in the vale and control the three sisters but have not made them playable but that's an easy fix if need be.)

    All Northern factions have comparable rosters that include the units the WTW 1.0 team offered to the submodders. Each faction will have 2 or more AOR units that are only recruitable by their Liege family, i.e. Stark only Stark Household Guard; Bolton only Bolton Household Guard.


    Here are a few unit pics. (Sorry for the thumbnail pics instead of image shack or the like. I don't have an account with any online photo drop and am way too lazy to set one up atm.)     Really excited to play this mod! Thanks, leadhead, for picking up where Korpskog left off! I intend to start flaying Starks as soon as possible

    With having the day off I finished up most of all that I had left to do with this mod and will have uploaded tomorrow at some point, more like the afternoon then morning. I have a few ctd's to track down and fix, but after those get sorted out I feel it's ready for deployment.

    The concept is pretty easy, Wrath of The North (temporary name) takes place around 20 years before A Game of Thrones around the time before Roberts Rebellion. This means that major Characters like Eddard Stark (and brothers and sisters) are still alive and teenagers. The map features only The North and some surroundings (The Neck, Three Sisters, Northern coast of The vale).

    As usual in these lore-breaking scenarios you have to put a lot of energy on creating a somewhat realistic scenario, so far I have decided that it is another classic Stark/Bolton feud were House Bolton have secured an alliance with House Ryswell and mean to fight the Starks of Winterfell for the dominion of The North.

    When I try to load the game it doesn't responds and in a minute or two NOIDEAWHY error occurs.

    As long as the download and installation went right I have a few ideas, maybe if you can run the game and pm me the log which is found in sega/midieval/mods/WrathOfTheNorth/Logs I can better help you. Also make sure you have the proper installation of Total War Kingdoms installed with newest patches so that's its compatible.

    Thought about adding House Mormont, i dont know the timeline but wouldnt Jorah still be the leader of House Mormont?

    In the time frame of this submod Jeor Mormont is still the Lord of Bears Den. Jorah is still at this point his heir and only son. It's not until after Robert's rebellion and Balon Greyjoy's rebellion that Jorah dabbles in the slave trade and Eddard Stark is Lord of Winterfell and he was exhiled. I'm guessing that you may have just mixed up Jeor the father's name with Jorah the son's name, but they both are in this submod as it takes place before a GOT.

    Sorry I completely made an idiotic error when I uploaded the fold and explained where to install the program. I already had it zipped into it's own folder so no need to make a folder for first time users just extract it to sega/midieval/mods and the file name as downloaded will be WOTN, for installers who already have the previous version you can follow the previous extract or open two separate windows of sega/midieval/mods on one and on the other open sega/midieval/mods/WOTN and select all files in there and drag them to WrathOfTheNorth. As I have it what I uploaded in it's own file the exe. cannot find it. Very sorry about this oversight and I'll try to correct it.

    *Facepalms self* Installing the mod now, hopefully the install runs smoothly and i can start a Bolton rebellion

    Played a little while as House Umber and i like it so far. I crashed and got message: "Uh oh, this is not good. Closing down, pal" And now i cant load my Umber save.
    Fun mod though.

    Honestly I'm not familiar with modding save game capable but have you tried after that ctd a continue campaign instead of a load saved game? I've never had a ctd with Umber outside of fighting in the Karhold region so if you could pm the log in sega/midieval/mods/WOTN(or what you named it)/logs I would be interested in what it through at you.
