And yes Im releasing the WIP with some exceptions (things which copyright I do not own) as a free resource so submoders with more freetime can revieve it. I think the map alone with some halfgood/halfcrappy coding might be a cool thing for ambitious people to experiment with.

What is gonna be done with the mountain clans? are they going to be there own faction or are they going to be apart of starks or other faction?

Stark holds influence over 3 of the clans, Umber 3 and bolton 1 Also all the mountainclans will be represented with a motte and bailey of their own which can only recruit Mountain clansmen and northern levy (woodsmen)

I could release it tomorrow as a beta so all the hotseaters can test it! basicly I want people to look over the recruitment and feel if it is balanced. If I release it tomorrow you will have to understand that there is plenty of UI missing, as in no custom portrats, missing ancillaries for some settlements etc. Also I would very much like recomendations about how much armies the different faction should start with. In the scenario Bolton and Ryswell have declared open war on Starks who calls the banners of their loyal supporters. However most of them should not have had time to muster a great force since the declaration of war still is fresh.

Could always do the: Boltons and Ryswells had mustered in secret and are now swarming towards their targets and the loyalists, although greater in number, are divided and caught unprepared. But as you said... Getting it balanced

Yepp I have something like that lined up ATM, Ryswell are sending the might of The Rills and Barrowtown and have allready taken the small wooden castle of Swampmoss, now a mighty host is on it's way to Moat Cailin to deal with the Crannogmen who are loyal as allways to House Stark. Boltons have raised the stongest host yet and have claimed some lands between The Dreadfort and Winterfell. The Karstarks (Stark) have mustered their levies to keep Bolton busy in the east. Also I have to create around 7 more characters for the clans and then Im set to upload it. The Nights Watch will not be playable for this version and the lands beyond the wall only have one rebel settlement, I will give assistance to whoever wants to create a free people faction for a later version but I am planing on focusing on Essos for a while, that map needs A LOT of work..

I have a vison of the scenario and maybe it should look something like this: (in my opinion it should look like the scenario from KoRaH)

Ryswell - Lord X in ostenibly of Ironborns threat mobilized a petty might host of combined Ryswell and Dustin force and declare Boltons as thier overlord and march againts Tohrens Square and Moat Caliln. Lord X got orders to take down Tallharts and Reed and make busy Mandelys to make time to mobilized all dreadfort host.

Reed- House of Reed after swore thier oaths od fealty to House Stark thier are one the most loyal bannerman and they are guardning the Neck. They rule form thier seat called Greywater Watch which is built upon one of the strange floating islands of the swamps and does not stay in the same place, making it impossible for ravens or enemies to find. There is no maester there, nor any knights or masters-at-arms .Several armies of the River Kings have attempted to conquer Greywater, but none of them could find it.
Now when they have got suprised by the Dustins force they must mobilized quick oand fight wiht the enemy or bent thier knee and live in peace

Umber- is a noble house of the North, sworn to Winterfell and House Stark, to whom they are fiercely loyal.The Umbers are hardy people, tempered by the rough northern climate. They control the harsh land along the Bay of Seals, bordering the Giftand extending west to the Kingsroad - a place of wild hills and ancient forests of oak and pine. Its proximity to the Wall puts them at risk ofwildling raids and they have often been called upon to help defend against wildling raiders.^[2] Most notably, the Umbers joined the Starks in defeating KingsBeyond the Wall such as Raymun Redbeard and the brothers Gendel and Gorne. A cousin of Lord Umber's was carried off in a wildling raid.
With Bolton-Ryswell betryal Lord Umber mustered quick a quite huge host and declare war against thier south neighbors. Marching south Umbers get in ambush organized by young lording son Roose Bolton and they push back to Last Heart were they are trying to muster more soldiers to help Starks win this war.

Bolton- For many centuries the Boltons have remained loyal to the Starks, although THE situation changed now with the ocasion to take north on thier own Boltons allied with ryswells dustins and some norreys (I don't know wich clan is in Bolton power) and suprisly attack Starks bannerman. After some victories now Lord Bolton march with most host of dreadfort united with clansman to Winterfell and once again make some cloaks form starks skin.

Stark- (bla bla bla) Lord Rickard Stark wasnt ready for war concentrated to get his children well merried to make some southorn allies. With Ryswell attack on tohrensquare and losses wich get Umbers and Reeds Stark situation is pretty bad but with very energetic comanding of Brandon Stark they musster a prrety host wich can delay boltons plans. Eddard Stark is sent north to the moutains to call mautains banners and met Lord Glover and Mromont. After that Eddard get task to help his older Brother . Rickard afraid about his only doughter Lyanna and little son Benjen He sent his true and loyal abnnerman Martyn Cassel with 200 man to guard them in a very old holdfast Dragon Point.

Manderly - (bla bla bla) Lord manderly is a loyal bannerman and true friend with Rickard Stark. White Harbor Lord for centuires were growing strong and rich making them one of the most powerfull lords on the north. Lord Manderly was counting to get merry his son Wyman to starks doughter Lyanna but Starks reject this offer. It was a slap for prud Manderly and now with the conflict he call his bannerman but only to protect his lands from the war and is waiting what happen.

------------------ So i think that Eddard should be somewhere near by the maoutains with some clansmen force. Nearby Deepwood Motte should be some Glover and Mormont general with a little force which can combined with Ned's host. Umber should be in Last heart with a out numberred force . Near by should by Roose Bolton who gets task to keep busy Karstrks and Umbers. Lord Bolton should by samowhere in derction to Winterfell. Rickard stays in his seat to muster all starks host and Brandon must give him some time. Manderlys shold have some force on thier borders and some ships. Reeds also shuld be out numbered but reeds and umbers must have enough force to have a chance to defend thier lans and than help Starks to won this war. Ryswell split hier force one nerbay thorren squpare and second near moat caliln. Thats my vision
