    Progress is slow since im working this alone and have some IRL issues to solve before I can continue. Basicly what is left to do is the UI and 2D-art, menys etc and a lot of balancing! I might release it as a beta if I had a group of people to review it!

    I'd recommend against filling up the north with a bunch of rebels, as it doesn't really make much sense that a bunch of minor lordlings would rise up in rebellion the moment things went down hill. Also, while including villages can work, I'd recommend against them as they can be rather annoying as they aren't worth much, can't recruit, and are hard to hold. Regardless, this looks awesome!

    First of all those screens are old and do not corespond with the current scenario that I am using!

    I decided to change all the villages to motte and baileys since it will be way better for hotseat-games. Some settlements might be rebels but in that case only to balance the power between the factions. Right now Widow's Watch and Flint's Fingers is the only rebel-settlements.

    Also I decided to add the lands beyond the wall to make room for two more factions, the free folk and the nights watch. I problably won't make them playable for the first version but they will be there for other modders to develop in the future.

    Also I will relsease the mod for cristmas if everything goes as planned and I have time to finnish the remaining stuff!

    It really looks good so far. I was wondering if you could mix units from different faction into one house. I mean Boltons can have some British and Irish units etc etc...

    Basicly all factions can have the same unitc except for the Crannogmen who can only be recruited by House Reed in The Neck (4 settlements). If House Reed take any castles they can recruit regular northern units.

    The rosters looks something like this:

    Castles:
    Crappy units: Peasants, Northern Levy (Northmen)
    Regular units: Levy Spearmen (Sergeants), Levy Archers and Crossbowmen, Light Cavalry (Mounted Sergeants)
    Good units: Men at arms (Norse Swordsmen), Northern Archers (Norse Archers), Medium Cavalry (Mailed Knights)
    Dope units: Heavy Infantry (Dismounted knights), Armoured Spearmen (Armoured Sergeants), Heavy Cavalry (Feudal Knights)

    AOR: Wolfswood hunters, Mountain Clansmen, Rills Cavalry (mounted huscarls) White Harbor Knights, Winterfell Guards, Guards of White Harbor (Halberd)

    Also Prophet made some more skins that are not installed yet for a bolton and a umber unit, they will be added at some point!

    great! I can't wait when you relaset this mod but in my opinion rebel settlements are quite bad idea but you can make rebel settlements with hihg possiblity that player can "bribe" them to easliy to one side of the conflict. We can make a trait or something that the house Flint will join you if you will winning the war or you will have enough money to bribe them.

    It may sound too extravagant but I think a Night's Watch and Wildings faction could perfectly fit in.

    So you understand a Storm of Swords scenario in the North would be astonishing. But I think there will be economic problems, since most of the ruling powers in the North that time have come from elsewhere...

    I agree that including rebels would be a bad idea, as it doesn't really jive with the whole Game of Thrones lore. Still though, looks great!

    No new name yet no and since I only have 1 free day before cristmas I will release it in whatever state it is in by then..
