Can anyone rattle off the provinces where you can find the mercenaries? So far the only ones I know of are Normandy (Norman Axemen and Viking Warriors) and Wales (Welsh Longbowmen).

This is from 0.34, sadly not all locations may work properly in 0.44, conquer and test it out.

That's wierd. I've been playing a Holy Roman Empire game and I've got a governor at Schwaben and I haven't gotten a single offer for Swabian Swordsmen the entire game.
