suburbs and cities???
So reading in the description of suburbs and as they grow cities, it says they get an economy and government of their own. It also says they can earn taxes and money for you however when looking in the settlement details it shows I lose taxes and pop which is fine for losing pop I get that part. So do you just lose taxes when they are first built or do they eventually help you earn more money???

Re: suburbs and cities???
I think the effects are inversed to actual description. I also noticed that long time ago..
Logically, suburbs would boost pop and reduce tax (attract rurals and extend administration).
And country estates would reduce pop and increase tax (people sent away, but more production in rural areas).
To change things go look export_descr_buildings.txt under /data folders.
