So I preordered Rome 2 and?

So today I preordered digital copy of Rome 2 with Greek pack dlc for $34 and when can I start steam download,hopefully before sept 3 as it will take like a day to download? Was anyone able to start pre download yet? Also exactly when by US ET will Rome 2 be able to be played at 12:00 am Sep 3 or earlier because Sep 3 starts earlier in Europe?

It has been confirmed that Steam will allow preloading of Rome 2. However specifics have not been released on when and what time the preload will start.
