    Icon4 Modded units not modified in gameplay? what gives?

    So recently I decided to use the tutorials I have seen online to try to mod the Uesugi monks to make for a terrifying Takeda Campaign. My problem is, I edited it. I checked to see if the tables were correct after saving, then I loaded it on modmanager and no change. Easiest way to do this is load up a uesugi play and see if Kenshin's unit makes you crap your pants. None of my changes came into effect. The only thing I could think to be causing this is that the game is ignoring mod manager. I went ahead and made the same changes in data.pack and it still ignores them. I am wondering what could cause this. I do not understand how the data.pack file can be modified but the game doesn't change at all because of it, and for that matter, by all of the tutorials I read, this should have worked from the beginning.

    I don't see a units_stats_land table. there's nothing there

    Nothing there at all? There should be 3 tables if I remember correctly, I am in the middle of a move so I will have to check the compy when I get it online back in. Should be units_stats_land , cdir_unit_qualities , and units

    Are you only seeing the other two? Thanks though. If that is the case that there are no tables in there then that would be my problem right there . Still doesn't explain why the changes to the unit.pack file hasn't changed anything though :/ .

    Thanks for pointing that out though, will get back to you tomorrow afternoon with whether it was just a failure to zip it right or something.

    I see all the other tables when I open it, and I see "rm_unit_stats_land" but there is nothing in it when I look at it. It may have something to do with PFM/Tweak (which ever one you use). It could also be a problem on my end but all the other packs and mods work fine for me

    Yeah I see that, that is very odd, I just checked and apparently every change I made is gone. I will look into this, thanks.

    So I figured it out, I had never edited the user.scripts file. The mod.pack file is flawed so I will work on that, but the data.pack works exactly as I intended, success. thanks for the help.
