So what is this mod about? New territories, new factions, more units?
New territories, new factions, more units ! the whole idea of mod - a huge map which is not in any mod before (from America to China) ... 29 playable factions, including native American and Mongols and Ghurids in india ... units will from vanilla for now ...

I have to complain about settlement density. Before Mongol Invasion Central Asia was much more developed then Europe while here we can see the opposite. Very unhistorical. Also to be honest I'm not the fan of large scale global mods. In such mods you are forced to make problematic compromises which never ends good. I mean in medieval period there was only one truly global conflict (Mongol invasion), all the interesting medieval stories are about local conflicts which you will never be able to show properly in global scale mod because of the hard coded limitation of M2TW/Kingdoms engine.

Well in early medieval period there was one more global conflict - Islam expansion - as the Arabs fought Franks in the west and China in the east.

i agree with complaint... but it whole idea of mod is global map and limit of fraction can't show far east as well , because is not enough fraction to make a lot province in far east for balance of game or it will be super fractions in the far east ,so it all about balance!
we have 3 fractions in America (aztecs, comanche,chichimecas) and 4 in far east ( ghurids , khwarezmian , kara-khitai , mongols ) and 4 in east europe (moskow ,novgorod , VKL ,teutonic order) wich is make balance for global map ...![]()

Well you can always cut out two of the italian factions and add them to the east. I never understood why there should be so many italian factions which can be just aswell represented by rebels. They never expanded much anyway, and if the player controls venice, milan and sicily won't be an endgame enemy.

sorry! i do a lot of job already ,so i can't turn back and cut America and Teutonic order with Lithuania it personal to me ...so and if u need mod like u want - it looks like

I agree with u ! i was thinking about it ... but how u will call one Italian faction? and which new fraction u would add for two new faction slots by the map i made?
Well ,but i agree with two factions - sicilian and venice , like i see on one historical map ... and one slot for faction i think will be cumans ...
Very good Idea! I love it! Very beutiful map!!! In my opinion I will not put the America Coun't be represented properly and I will increase Asia for have the India and China. (part of them) if you will not have American you may add some faction in the middle east that give a right balance and a more historical mod. take Broken Crescent as example....in the east europe I would suggest you to remove the teutonic order if it's not present at the start date...(maybe give the the holy roman empire it's units in AOR if expands into the baltic at the right date (like a special bildings that allow tho recruit them, chapter of the order). Lituania it is good faction but not important in the world campainso in this way you may have 5 factions slot to use... dnt take my suggestions as a hit. I really thank you for a more east map in medieval 2 that everyones usually forgot to add
