Default How to avoid Corrupt and Trading Liability Governors?

No matter what factions, what mod I always end up most of my generals being corrupt s who can't do any trading.
Only governor general that is not like that is Emperor Karl Franz
How can I avoid that? I hate to restart the campaigns all over again and again.

In vanilla its like this:- Fiscally challenged (bad trader)First build all the buildings from the market tree, then the rest.- Deep pockets (corrupt)Don't put your taxes on high / very high when you have a lot of money allready.I know in the americas campaign its messed up (ex. all the indians become bad traders). It might be messed up in this mod too.If thats the case: send all your governors to battle.

I found out these traits can not be avoided. The rules are messed up.

The solution is to edit your generals with cheats.

How to get rid of the Fiscally challenged trait (bad trader)

    - Click a general with the 'bad trader' trait
    - Make sure he's outside of a town
    - Press `
    - Type: give_trait This "BadTrader" 0

How to get rid of the Deep pockets trait (corrupt)

    - Press `
    - Type: give_trait This "Corrupt" 0

    And your generals are cured.

If you don't like 'cheating' you just build marketplaces first like in vanilla.

Eventually, and if you not are a really bad manager of your cities, you become insanely rich (the difficulty is how mantain your treasure below the "corruption limit" of 50.000). The corrupt and bad trader traits are minors obstacles in this but if you want to become obsene with money the path is build at least the fourth level of market before you complete any other building with a general inside the city (except, I think, the farms and mines). The amount of time for building maybe bothers you if you chose made a burocratic genius general but the good side is this general, unlike vanilla, is not gona die from age in the rest of the game. I wrote time ago a post with this subject for obsesive players like me "good trader bad trader".
