Third Age crashes, but not in battles..........

I've been playing third age for a long time now. I was playing 3.0 and everything would be fine, but it seems after i updated third age to 3.2 it seems to crash on many things now, and I don't know if it's my disc now or what. When I play as High Eleves, or really anyone, the game will crash when; 1. I go into my scroll and try to view my diplomatic scroll. (I don't get a chance to see anything in the scroll)
2. I send a diplomat to; Rohan, Gondor, and Isengard. (Silvan Elves, Dwarves, and the Free Peoples of Eriador I can all send a Diplomat to and speak to them) Other factions I didn't bother to try.
3. If I try to send a spy, or even try to view another faction's settlements the game will also crash. I can view armies as long as there outside of the settlements)
4. There were also some buildings that I didn't know what they affected, because I wasn't able to open the info scroll to view it's details.
I'd appreciate some help, and would like to know if i should just get a new copy of Medieval and kingdoms.

Probably a bad installation...

1. What Windows do you have?

2. Is your M2TW steam or non steam version?

3. Have you installed all four TATW Installers?

4. Does your M2TW work, and also other games?

5. No TATW Submods installed?

I tried to install it again and still got the same problem.
1. I run windows 8

2.It's not steam version

3. I'm pretty sure I got all the installers

4. Yes M2TW and Kingdoms works with no problems

5. I did not have any submods when I just installed it again.

Also, there is an Unofficial 3.3 Patch released in TATW Submods Subforum, it brings lot of fixes, reworked settlements, new map. You can try it too.
