are buildings able to garrison troops

I'm sorry if this has been awnsered in a previous thred but I have been unable to find it I ask this because a while back in the carthage screens you see archers on roof tops and what not anyone no if this has been confermed ?

There's a screen of Egyptian troops on a roof too, but I'm pretty sure those were all arranged pictures, I don't think you can. Maybe it's a feature they cut

maybe a few limited open buildings will have this option like shogun 2.. dont think they have mentioned either way by now because nobody has asked

I think Jack said in one of the Q&As you couldn't garrison like in TW: Empire. Whether that means you can't have archers on rooftops as seen, or not, I'm not sure...
