Amazon have reduced it as I pre-ordered it directly from their website with no email and the Greek States DLC is still available for order made before on 2 September 2013, plus Rome 2 is the No1 best seller in strategy on their website.

I don't think they charge you until the game is released - check and if they haven't, go ahead and cancel the pre order! After all, £5 is £5.
