due to the upcoming rome 2, im wondering wether this mod will get any attention, sorry wrong word i mean much. do you think it will be releasedd any time this year!?! Btw i think EB2 will be the beest m2tw mod!

Judging how many years this mod has..i think it will be released when rome 2 will already have gold edition.

I think the people that love EB are going to stay with this mod, and for them its probably going to be more enjoyable (I think for me it will)

Honestly though, Rome 2 will hog a lot of the limelight towards the general public, but it won't phase the fans of EB at all

this are the things why Devs delay their release date,you know Europa Barbarorum 1 was released years ago and its a mod for game years years ago and know what? people still play it,so what would be your guest?

What do you mean delayed? The Devs are never on to read this stuff anyway. Yes... I am glad this got in before the thread was locked

Exactly. It doesn't matter when a mod is release, and frankly, it'll probably be better when they take a few years making it, because it'll be amazing on first release, and there wont ever need to be a new version because they put so much effort into it initially.
Just like the original EB (well, there were updates, but not complete version overhauls like RTR or RS).

You're right airborne guy, the mod was never "delayed", it's just been in dev for a long time.

Release date is March 15th, 2015. Now please everyone stop asking until then. How many threads do we need asking about release, followed by the same people b****ing about how long it has been in development. Give it a rest already, it will be released when it is done or not at all. Please search the forum topics before making a new thread as well, and don't lie to me and say you looked and couldn't find one. You only have to go back two pages to find at least 7 threads asking for a release date.

You needed to mutch time - nobody playes you mod after 3rd September 2013.
Than we all modding Rome Total war 2 not the old engine.

We're not sure when it will be released. We are making progress however, though there are departments we certainly could use help with. So if you are someone who'd like this project to move further and faster you can always contact me or any one else of the team of post in the recruitment thread.
