Share Your Custom Battle Maps

Given CA's newest Let's Play video, we saw the option to select, from what seems like, a nearly limitless amount of custom Multiplayer battle areas to choose from across Rome 2's entire campaign map. This can provide for lengthy replayability.

While we are still 2 weeks away from trying out this feature, I think this thread would be a great way for players to share some of their favorite battle areas.

A simple screenshot of where you clicked on the campaign map and an in game screen of the entire battlefield terrain would be perfect. Give players new options on where to fight.

What do you mean the only two are Nile and Teutoberg? And yes it's still early but discussions regarding this thread are welcome until release.

The idea is a good one, location, then a battle map view... But the only battlemaps so far are Nile, Teutonberg (and Carthage!) so the thread will most likely have died before september

No. There is practically an endless amount of battles to be generated. From the Let's Play video you scroll through the Campaign map, click an area then begin the battle based on the location where you clicked. Given how massive the campaign map is and the large expanse of terrain to choose from players can basically choose to never fight the same battle terrain twice. While yes you can fight in the historical locations (Nile, Teutoberg, Carthage, etc) you can choose to fight battles across the entire campaign map.

This thread would be used for people to show some of their favorite locations they have discovered across the campaign map for others to battle on.

I know I watched the video. But the game is not yet out. There's is no reason for this thread AT THE MOMENT. Like I said it'll be a good thread, and someone mentioned stickies, but it's too early now, it'll be buried beneath sandals, plumes and black Italians

This will make a good Sticky once its fully developed and game is in swing. Would love to see a ongoing list of found sweet spots of the map and have them categorized in different types such as: Defense advantage, Attacker Advantage, Even. And go in to terrain types can get quite detailed and good.
