Maybe, but he is born in Vietnam so he has an asian background (he was adopted from an orphanage near Saigon). So maybe he should play....what vietnamese faction is in the Game????
It is good to see that he has made his way after such an hard time!
By the way he was a captain in the german army, so he is able to lead a German force

Nope just a military surgeon, the thought of that guy actually commanding someone is hilarious.

looks like quite a big stand they have. Sega seems to be going all out on this game, good to see.
Annoying I can't make it this year ( stupid adult life, stupid job not giving me time off) , was there last year. nice day out

That guy (Phillip Rösler) is so awkward. Maybe he played SNES as a kid, but now he acts like he as any clue about gaming... and I am even a member of his party in Germany... that guy...

You should have seen the pictures he made about himself visiting the sillicon valley http://www.spiegel.de/politik/auslan...-a-901197.html just click on the picture above the article One of the best example why we have in germany actually the worst government ever.

Proud to be a real Prussian.

Well, have to say I'm quite disappointed.
Its just a "simple" demo of the Nile and Teutoburg Forrest Battle.. played both.

Teutoburg Forrest was laggy as hell.. they reduced the graphics from ultra to high, which caused a complete crash. After reboot, I could play it on high setting without any lag.
If you don't follow the correct path and move forward, the AI is pretty dumb. They just stand on the hills, did not charge my reforming troops. I flanked their reinforcement on the hill, but the AI seems not to notice them so I could beat one troop after another.
So, when you don't do what the script expect, seems you will broke the full AI..

Craig said, its a 3-4 week old version.

I played on medium or high difficult, but after 5-10 seconds, each fight was over.

this has confirmed our fears, the AI is terrible
If you work to earn a living, why then do you work yourself to death?

I wouldnt say so... its a historical battle, with a highly scripted AI!
Since there was no option to get a non scripted battle, I'm really disappointed about the historical battles.

Don't worry, I'm sure it was a hardware issue.. but still not a good move to promote a game

I wonder why they keep doing that so close to the releasedate. I get that you have a limited time to play during these events but I think I'd rather play it as it will be in the game so I get a good feel of how it will actually be than playing the demo for a longer while, seeing the release is that close anyway. Just my 2 cents ..

I wish they did gaming conventions in Shreveport, Louisiana.... Or Dallas, Texas... Or New Orleans, Louisiana... I'm close to those two places and could go! le sigh

Just because he does not have the charisma of political leaders like Kohl (seriously) or Schmidt does not mean he is unable to do his job. He is actually a highly capable guy and his stubbornness has helped for their coalition partners (CDU, of which I am a member of) to plunge even deeper into the SPD's socialistic territory.

That alone is enough for me to never talk him down in any kind of way.

Also, this move probably helps as a small step further towards thorough recognition of gaming as not something that only children do. I do not know about you, but for me, I do welcome that.
