Very interested in playing as Parthia! The religious aspect and ban on slavery will make the campaign progress more challenging.
Like you, I will avoid any wars to the South early on. Will probably try one of the Eastern provinces for access to elephants, then head north to control the Caspian and Pontic steppes, acquire excellent horse archers and then proceed to the Balkans. Once secured, Asia Minor would make a great target and controlling all Pontic ports should provide excellent income for whatever follows next. :]

Parthia will be my fourth faction - after Carthage, Rome and Athens, respectively. Looking forward to giving Egypt a beating!
