Unit changes in this modification are only visual wise or does it change stats as well?

Its a good mod overall, but i shall say some stuff that could be better if changed..

So map is bigger, much more cities, ok, but more than half of the map is rebels, could be filled with more factions
Also, map is bigger but cities look smaller, i mean very small, hardly noticing them without zoom..

And general retinues are in english, but traits are in german, how that happened?!
