Usable RAM

Hello, when i bought my computer it came with 4 gbs of Ram, but when i check in the windows system screen, it says only 3.6 can be used, the same when i use the systemrequirementslab. Why is that, and is there a way to make my computer use all 4 gb?

its because your igpu is using the ram. btw for enough performance 8gb of ram is a good idea in win 7, and throw a SSD while you are fiddling with that
