Missing Common Internet Browser Addon That Enables Moving Pictures
A couple of months ago i was forced to format my HD. Now everythings back to how i remember it except for one small thing.
I appear to be missing the extension/addon to internet browsers that enables moving smilies/icons/pictures as seen on MSN and forums. For instance :tacticalw All i see is a still picture of two yellow heads holding bottles up and smiling, however, during my time here before the format, I remember these two waving their bottles in the air (and one of them falls over, correct?).
Does anyone have any idea of what extension i am missing? I have tried google but its hard to find the right words to lead my searches in the right direction.

Do you have this problem in other browsers such as firefox and opera?

This may be caused by the ad-blocking on your firewall. I, for example, have to turn the ad-blocking on ZoneAlarm off to see moving smilies, etc.

Or it could be a security setting inside Internet Explorer...

Woops, should of made clear that i am using firefox. -apocalypsis- you were correct. Zonealarms 'ad-blocking' feature was the problem. Cheers for the help though hopefully i wont get lots of pop ups now.

Nah Firefox has pretty good adblocking by itself and if you ever need more there are some useful extensions available such as Adblock:
