Caspian Navies?

In Empire, although there was the existence of the Caspian sea, there were no ports to utilise a navy. However, with the existence of the Caspian in Rome II, and the fact that there are regions surrounding it, will there be naval access to the Caspian? This would be a good idea considering Parthia starts next to the Caspian and it could transport armies back and forth through this alternate pathway.

The Caspian sea did have ports in original Rome, though aside from Pirates you would never find anyone on them. I always dislike how the Caspian sea is never touched in war games, makes me sad, where else would I put a Russian battleship?

There was such future in past rome but not interesting because instead of some pirates you had no other enemies to fight and you had no need of transporting your troops by ships because only half of the sea was sailable(the other half was not existed)and you had no interesting region around the caspian sea that made you interest to capture it or gaining any profit(the regions around caspian sea was poorly designed and had no interesting resources or wonders or anything interesting comparing to Greek regions or Mediterranean regions)!

I think building a navy is useless and with the new map it's been pretty much confirmed that there are no port cities around it but........ an army does not need a navy to enter the sea. atleast for as far as I know. That meaning that we can use it for some kind of fast travel over sea instead of land because armies can create their own transport ship which should save you a few turns.
