quick question regarding recruitmen system

i cant seem to find an answer and curios how the recruitment in newly captured settlements work. is it like in vanilla RTW, when you are able to train any unit of your factions roster (depending on settlement's barrack, stable level of course) right from the moment the settlement was captured, or is it something similar to RTR, EB?

Actually, its like vanilla. But we plan at least a new feature with something like this (thought not exactly).
