Through out the city four caravans belonging to house Pallas bring bread and grain to the poor districts of the city. They are laden with breads and grain destined for the poor districts of the city. Each contains roughly 500 drachmas worth of grain and is accompanied by a small caravan guard. Once they arrive at their destination men step out of the wagons. Trumpets call gathering the attention of the crowd. Each begins to read a prepared statement in a crisp clear voice.
A gift from the noble house Pallas to the people of Athens. I bring to you bread for the hungry and poor of the city. No man woman or child will be denied food because they cannot pay for the noble Alexander Pallas has decreed that this bread shall go to feed all of you. Everyone be it man woman are child need just step forward and they will receive bread and grain. Please people form an orderly line and you will receive this gift from Alexander Pallas. No need to push or shove their is plenty for everyone.
