The funny thing about RTW is that ageing is tied to the transition from winter to summer. If you are using a version of the 4TPY script which has only one winter, then there will be no ageing effects.
If you are using a custom 4TPY script using my script generator (for example your own 8 typ version with 3 winter turns), then you must be using the latest version of the script gen which has a work-around included.
