Default Third Servile war, possible DLC?

Was just wondering with the recent years having the Spartacus tv show and the past DLC campaigns such as the peninsula campaign. Would it be a somewhat reasonable assumption that we will get this as a DLC campaign.

Basicly the way I see this working would be starting out with a small grp of units and over time going from place to place building numbers till you end up with full scale battles. The victory conditions would could be either escape from roman territory or trying to topple the giant its self.

Anyone think this may be a possibility or is it just a thought born of marketing bias that I came up with. (we did get sparta as a faction lol)

Highly unlikely. The fact the entire war has only two factions is reason enough. All Total War games, even expansions and DLC, focus on eras with as many warring factions as possible.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if Spartacus' Rebellion is already an event in the game.

Please don't, I really don't like the small/mini campaigns. Peninsula campaign on N:TW had almost no replayability. I would be better to see something big like alexander campaign but with large parts of asia up to china(since alot of people would like to see that spparently) or barbarian invasion or even up to late dark-ages.

No. A two year war with no change in tech, no occupation of territory, two factions and one was just a bunch of slaves. Don't be misled by Hollywood. The slaves were just trying to flee Roman territory while burning and looting all before them. It was short and obvious Rome would win once the slaves couldn't run anymore and Rome got more experienced leaders and legions in the field.

I wasn't asking for it, while it might be interesting is as was stated above a very small campaign limited to the Italian home land. However also as I said it is a possibility because of modern popular culture and was wondering what people thought about it not endorsing it.
