Default Rolls for Volunteer Reinforcements to the Latin Empire

With how meager our forces are, we won't stand much of a chance doing any sort of offensive or defensive work. This should help us survive and continue our expansion. It will still be a challenge, but at least we won't be stretching ourselves in terms of military forces.

With the news of Pope Innocent III proclaiming the heal of the Schism and the reunification of the Eastern and Western Churches as well as the success of the Fourth Crusade, many volunteers begin to gather to make for the Balkans to seek wealth, fame, fortune and new homes from the squabbling of their overlords.

These rolls will show the willingness of six major areas (Holy Roman Empire, France, England, the Holy Lands, Spain and Italy; I added on a couple others who were not involved with the Fourth Crusade, but still have Crusading history and fervor) from where volunteers will arrive from. As well as a roll for how many forces arriving (rounded to the nearest hundredth).

Note: I was considering adding Hungary, but due to the Siege of Zara, they don't like us a lot. I added Spain due to the fervor and success of the Reconquista (711 AD - 1492 AD).

    Roll Guidelines
    1 - 5: Unwilling
    6 - 10: Neutral (re-roll)
    11 - 15: Willing

    England: 13 (Willing)

    Holy Roman Empire: 11 (Willing)
    Italy: 1 (Unwilling)
    Holy Lands: 14 (Willing)
    Spain: 3 (Unwilling)

    Range for volunteer reinforcements: 500 - 5,000
    From England: 3,266 = 3,300
    From France: 3,826 = 3,900
From the Holy Roman Empire: 2596 = 2,600
    From the Holy Lands: 886 = 900

We will get another chance to gain more forces through diplomatic missions done by the rulers, but since we got so many additional troops, I will hold off on that.

If BF and/or Adamat do not agree with these rolls, I will re-roll them if necessary.

Are these just going to make up the population of the city or will they be a pool for players of relevant nations to draw SOME reinforcements and recruits from?

PS Some Englishmen might get upset about having so many 'Germans' in their ranks...

These are forces that Bohemond will gain command of and then attach to various lords who must embark on conquering their lands. This will be no military pool to draw from foreign nations, but direct forces we will have starting tomorrow. I did this because we took a severe beating than BF and I anticipated. So we need more military if we are even gonna survive and expand.

"As for the troops, as you may have seen, you can't give yourself troops. If you want troops, please ask in the Moderation Request Thread and I can do a roll to see how many you can bring to the Latin Empire."

Lucius, not sure about where the "Moderation Request Thread" is, I hope this is the place, if not, please point me to the correct one. I hereby ask for such a roll, didn't know I could before.
