Sima Hui - Prof. Watermirror

I added Unaligned faction to the list of playable in the strat textfile. I wanted to see where Zhuge Liang and Pang Tong where.
And i stumbled on someone else. Prof. Watermirror, Sima Hui. He's on a tiny island. But is he accessible by any faction? The guy has amazing stats haha.

He is supposed to have amazing stats. he never served a kingdom he just knew of talented people. That island is to keep unaligned faction alive.

Just like the Han emperor. Does the Han emperor actually join the campaign through the process? Or he's not implemented yet?

I don't believe that he is implented yet, that will probably come in future patches. On your question about Zhuge Liang and Pang Tong, they are in-game, but you have to unlock them through the Liu Bei missions (they don't exist if you're playing as any other faction)

Yes but other guys are also not accessible for certain factions i think?

The Han Emperor faction? They can't do anything, nor you can do anything to them, the capital is completely blockaded by trees.

Yes i saw that.
But i mean, other unaligned officers are not visible on the map for certain factions. Like northern located officers are not accessible to the Sun family. Well most are not.

You could send a diplomat by ship up there and recruit them then make a mad dash back to your ships to get them out of the area. You might get blocked by other factions ZOC(zone of control) and lose the general though and you will probably take a relationship hit with the factions territory you are moving through.

This is how i got a bunch of horse archers as sun clan one game i was playing. I rcruited one of the unaligned northern generals then recruited a bunch of mercenary hun horse archers and loaded them all back on the ship and brought them to the south. Horse archers dominate.
