Default Building new desktop for Rome 2. Advice needed!!

Hey guys, I am new to TWC although I have played every TW game that CA has released I love the series and am highly anticipating Rome 2. I want to build a computer that can run ultra graphics/ultra unit size with no problem, my price range is $1700 USD. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

Well, you came to the right place! Step right up! You can give me 100 of those USD, and I will tell you your pieces which will cost only 1000 USD - thus saving 600 USD for chocolates! How 'bout it? Do we have a deal???.
    Don't ferget mi name! I'm Cap'n Ripoff!

Honestly now, with that kind of cash you should buy CA stocks . - You got enough for two good computers
