Bribing Generals in cities
Since its almost impossible to bribe a city into joining your faction (even with low loyalty generals inside it), is there a way to make it so that if you do bribe a general(s) located inside a city that the bribe will only work for the generals and not the city itself? that way the bribing cost would be much cheaper and it would be possible to capture the city without killing the general(s) inside.
If this isn't possible then is there a console command in order to move the general to just outside the city? i've tried the "move_character" command but I cant seem to find the console name for each specific character and dont know how to find the x y coordinates in the campaign map.

okay i was able to find the names of characters in descr_names but moving enemy characters makes copies of them and causes CTD lol, im going to experiment a bit more.

Re: Bribing Generals in cities
A character must be outside of a settlement, and not a "sub-general" in an army, to move them. As far as I'm aware, there is no way to bribe an individual in a settlement (and not the settlement as well) or individual characters that are "sub-generals" of an army. When you bribe, you can only target the entire settlement and entire army stack.
