    Default Enabling the console

I just got a new computer and have been unable to open the PC game console in any games, most importantly Oblivion and RTW. Anyone remember the code you put into the .exe icon to enable it?

Because if you reread my OP, you will see that that method is not working. There is a code you can put into the Properties of the executible file to enable it.
