Default The Nvidia7950 GX2 and HDR and AA

    Greetings, knowledgeable ones!

I have read that the 7900 GTX, will run HDR and AA at the same time, if you start tweaking about with software(sounds complicated).
Does anyone now if the 7950 GX2, will be able to run both of these at the same time, straight out the box, or does is it suffer the same handicap as the 7900?

As far as I know, only the X1900XT and up can run HDR and AA at teh same time, I might be wrong though. And unless you are a computer graphics expert, or an nvidia employee, I would not recommend the tweaking the software
Under the patronage of Rhah and brother of eventhorizen.

Its impossible to run games with HDR + AA on with nVIDIA cards. The only program I know of where you can HDR + AA on a nVIDIA card is a nVIDIA tech demo.

only the X1900XT and up can run HDR and AA at teh same time,
X1600 and up. Both RV570, R520 and R580 cores support this feature. To get playable framerates, however, either a 800x600 resolution, or X1800 and up. It all depends. Older games: No problem, you can fly AA + HDR all the time.

So whatever nVidia is flashing with their HDR demos they're not having it. Not until G80 that is (same goes for dynamic branching support)
