    Default Cell Shading?

I've always wondered if this is possible to do with the mtw2 engine?

obviously htw follows a bit darker palette and such, but it would be fantastic with a submod having more windwaker style

Im speaking primarly about the environments.

possibly. cel lshading revolves around textures more or less, so if done right, it could be doable.
My Skype and steam name is Windrider37 on both. I love chatting and playing games if someone would like to do either ^.^

But why? You want a mod about war to be in cell shading?

It'd be a bold artistic direction to say the least.

However, the idea is flawed because the more you deviate from the game with the mod, the more work you have to do. For example: Every settlement besides the capitals is just the regular M2TW Motte & Bailies, Castles, towns, etc. All of their terrain is the standard terrain, every little doodad on the map is from the standard game. If he were to cell shade the game, everything would have to be changed in order to maintain a cohesive look. If he applied that look to units, they'd stick out from the terrain. If he did that to the terrain, the grass and trees would stick out. Then the settlements and so on. It's better to integrate into what exists than to be forced to change every detail to suit your goal.
