Help with my upgrade for Rome 2 please!

I've decided that the arrival of Rome 2 means that I need to get myself an upgrade. I know barely anything about PC's, but I just would like someone to verify these parts for me, as I've heard they are from reputable brands and should give me incredible performance. Any help would be massively appreciated as I really want to get the best (or close to) out of Rome 2.

dont get the 660ti, its older gen and basically the same as the gtx 760 which is much cheaper.. also do you already have the other parts like cpu and mobo?

Everywhere I look, the 760 is considerably more expensive than the 660ti and I'm not looking to spend more than £200, and yeah I've got a i5 2320, and I know my motherboard is Foxconn but that's literally all I know about it

The difference between the 660ti and the 760 GTX is marginal, at best. The fact that you found a 660ti for $180 is pretty unheard of. Nice find.

That's the thing, I've found a 660ti for £180, yet the cheapest 760 I can find without importing is at least £220, and that £40 is quite a big difference for me as I can't really go over £200, especially not if I need to get a new PSU aswell, which I almost definitely will have to do

Well, like I said in that GPUBOSS link, the 760GTX gets a 7.9 and the 660ti gets a 7.7, so you're essentially weighing the options between a little more performance versus an older component. If I were you, and money was important, I'd say go for the 660ti. Get that puppy installed before the game comes out, (hopefully within the RMA warranty), and see how it runs! If it isn't up to par, send it back, save a little more money, and get the 760 gtx. But, honestly, I don't think you'll notice that much of a difference between the too.
