Imagine that this happens with Rome2, Steam has no keys.Be very carfull.

Saturday bought 2 Steam games on a promotion, but one, Fallout3, has no keys. And now,after two days, the problem is still not resolved, which is a shame, two companies well implemented in the market, do such thing to their customers, who have already paid their money, and for sure that there will be no consequences for tem. A SHAME.

Of course this could happen in Rome 2. And if im upset because I loan 5 euros to Valve,just imagine if I loan 55 euros.

What? I bought the same games and played both. I don't need to use the keys since I bought from steam, not another party. Plus you aren't loaning them 5/55 euros. That means they will give you that money back. You are exchanging the money for use of the game.

I pre-ordered it on a store just in case, though i think its a rare thing to happen to steam?

This mainly happens when a game is on sale and steam doesn't expect the amount of sales they end up receiving. I would be fairly confident to say that this shouldn't happen with a pre-ordered game.

And the best ,is that the game still on sale. They dont have key,they know it,but who cares?

This happened to me with Star Wars Batlefront 2 it took a couple of days but I eventually received the code. The problem is most likely not with steam but steam waiting on Bethesda to make more codes.
