my desktop is super organized compare to what it was a few weeks ago. I had about 50 icons and a bunch of text files (probably another 50) on it.

This is why it's called the desktop. You put stuff on the top of the desk, otherwise just don't have a desk at all, right?

You should see my desk-desktop next to my PC.....then you could complain...but I find everything in my messy desktop.

I tried organizing it, but then I couldn't find anything. So i won't do that again..

I had that forever a couple of years ago and I actually had the same desktop like incinerate has. I had a 2 year account with also desktopX , which I liked even more
but now I just want basic functionality, no fancy stuff.
I might just disable this blue XP theme as well to the normal win98 look..

ohh and also, what's up with this?



I have seen that windows shadow effect thing before (the blue bar), is this a new winXP theme?
or is that like some sort of new operating system I don't know about?

I use ZA, it's pretty great. I haven't gotten a single virus since I had it, but that might have something to do with not visiting certain sites as well.

Where do you mean, exactly? On the picture? Otherwise it is unmodified MS XP without me having touched any of the visual settings. I mean I made that picture using GIMP, but that doesn't count.

yeah, i have seen this before. It's like the windows media player color settings. I'm talking about your blue taskbar witht the green "start" button. Compare it to mine or any other.

Your PC is not too old right?
so, what is it? and why does it look like that?
