Will volcanos -Mount Aetna and Vesuvius have an impact on game play?

Both of these volcanos erupted during the game era of Rome 2. Any mention from CA on the impact of possible eruptions in game?

Well they are wonders* so they will have quite the impact.

* They're wonders because the first thought when people saw them was "I wonder where that smoke's coming from..."

They erupted in Rome I and managed to damage nearby soldiers and cities pretty hard, so yeah, I think they'll do the same in Rome II. Plus, maybe the extra perks sinces they're.. 'natural wonders'?

there will probably be an event akin to Shogun 2s "Great Fire" "Earthquake" "Storm/Flooding" events.

Al said that it vesuvius doesnt ever erupt in the game. So probably not.
