We have one similar thread, but I have gone and change the rules a bit for this one so if you guys wish to play jump right in
War of Ancient Nations
Let us play a little game called a war of Nations.
How it works is the following:
We have 13 nations of ancient world who will battle each other for the supremacy over the world.
Your job will be to decide which nations will fall and which one will be the last standing.
To decide that, you will take the role of ancient generals. There are 5 types of generals
1) The Offensive commander of a nation
- 2 power attack
- 1 power heal
* The offensive commander of a nation can only pick amongst the "civilized" nations but does not tell from which nation he is coming from - but must be from one of the Civilized nations. (he sends me a PM about it - so only I will know) - once his nation falls he reveals his identity and dies in battle.
2) The Defensive commander of a nation
- 1 power attack
- 2 power heal
* The defensive commander of a nation can only pick amongst the "civilized" nations but does not tell from which nation he is coming from - but must be from one of the Civilized nations. (he sends me a PM about it - so only I will know) - once his nation falls he reveals his identity and dies in battle.
3) The Barbarian Mercenary commander
- 1 power attack (can use twice on a different nation/faction)
*He is playing for all the Barbarian nations. So until all of them are destroyed he is alive.
4) The Eastern Mercenary commander
- 1 power of attack
- 1 power of heal
*He is playing for all the Eastern nations. So until all of them are destroyed he is alive.
5) The Sellsword comander
- 1 power of attack
He actually plays for 2 factions. He does not tell for which factions he is playing for but cannot be one of the civilized nations (he PMs me and tells me which two factions are his)
_____________________________________________________________
So how does this work Well basically. Those who wish to participate can get into this game at any point until at least 1 nation still has 12 health. (at that point you have to wait for another round)
You pick your role (one of the 5 above) and you start using your actions. You can use your action again only if 6 other people have committed their actions or 4 hours have passed.
The only thing left to do is to name the factions (these will change a bit in each game) for this 1. game they are:
Civilized Factions:
- Rome - 26 life
- Carthage - 24 life
- Egypt - 23 life
Sparta - 22 life
- Macedon - 21 life
Barbarian Factions:
- Iceni (british tribe) - 17 life
- Suebi (germanic tribe) - 18 life
- Arverni (gauls) - 18 life
- Lusitani (iberian tribe) - 17 life
Eastern Factions:
- Baktria: 18
- Parthia: 20
- Armenia: 18
- Saba: 16
Let the games begin and let the best nation win!
