Is version 1.0 still in development? With the rapid advance of rome 2 i almost forgot how much i am looking forward to this mod being released.

Something that intrigues me though is that with so many submods in development would it not make sense for all those with both a love for this wonderful source materiel and modding skills to pool their resources to speed up the release of 1.0?

It's still in development, yes. I doubt they need more people on the team.

From what i understand the basics are done, it's just the more complicated less shiny part of the work that's left and it's less about workforce, more about having the free time to get the work done.

The original team has annexed the most skilled submodder Dux (Korah) if im not wrong. As I have understod it the thing that is needed is modellers. As far as I know none of the major submodders here on the forum has that sort of skills (me, badger etc).
