Default So who is the "They must be punished!" guy?

He's been appearing since the Siege of Carthage trailer *voice only* Appeared again for the Cleopatra trailer. And now he appears on the Intro.

Given the fact the Senate cheered on his words he must be either a Consul or a Dictator maybe even Emperor.

Any idea on who is this guy? Seems that CA is very fond of him. Julius Caesar perhaps? Augustus maybe?

The events depicted in those trailers are 100s of years apart, so I don't think it's supposed to be the same guy.
Dominion of Dust. A city of sand. Built your world of nothing. So how long did it stand?
A 100 years? Now wasn't it grand? Built your world of nothing. How long did it stand?
What did you think would happen? When did you think it would all fall down?
Domain of dust in a land of sand. Did yourself right, so let's feel grand.
Domain of dust in a land of sand. Now there's nowhere left to stand.

He's the Spirit of Rome. The embodiment of the Republic's ruthless drive to crush all enemies, to dictate a peace which is in fact a desolation, and to ensure that those who dare raise arms against Rome will never be able to pose a threat again. He's the destruction of Carthage, the razing of Corinth, the storming of Numantia, the crushing of the Iceni, the obliteration of the Macedonians, the Seleucids, the Gauls, the Egyptians; he's the unchallengeable might of the Eternal City - and he brooks no opposition.

Scipio Africanus argued against the destruction of Carthage. And I believe Cato the elder died before they attacked Carthage in the third Punic war.
