    Hey all!

Weighing in at a tasty 30000 x 6116 pixels, our newpanoramic screenshot (you can view previous ROME II panoramas
here) focusses on theBarbarian-held lands near The Alps in ROME II’s campaign map. As you can see,the architecture of Barbarian settlements differs significantly from those inGreco-Roman or Eastern cultures.

Front and centre stands a Warmaiden of the Celtic tribe ofthe Helvetii. A Champion agent type, she’s capable of a whole raft ofactivities, including hampering an enemy army’s ability to fight, reducing itsmorale, and even inciting slave uprisings in opposing cities.

It was diffrent. In Shogun 2 it was impossible to pass, in FotS it was possible.

Very cool. Hope we'll see an Eastern panoramic next.

Some may be, but clearly not all given a couple of armies in that shot are standing in the middle of thick woodland.

Would be a nice feature if we could move thru woodlands but ofcourse VERY slow.
I mean that some forces fought well in woodland and some did not.

The resolution could be better. Looks a bit low quality.

Nice, but why is that Roman army under attrition in his own region?

    You see that wolf icon?
I think that wolves are chewing on some of the men.

    EDIT:
    Can be racoons too.

Perhaps something to do with the siege? You can see the city surrounded by onagers and siege towers.

I think the Roman army is the besieging army and is thus not in it's own territory
