Well, the cd/dvd might be a dodgy copy, returning it to get a replacement couldn't hurt.
But, as it is the miles sound system it is talking about, it may be to do with your sound drivers on your computer, try updating to the latest drivers if possibly.
You could also check the cd to see if the file does exist, assuming it all isn't compressed into one packed file.
Sorry, but I am at a loss.
