Can Someone Please help me with the CC lite music addon

I was wondering If someone can be so kind as to guide me in the correct way on how to install the cc lite music addon for DM. Ive downloaded it, then extracted it to my Darthmod Folder but now theres no music at all. Is there something that im missing or doing wrong?

In your RTW Folder there is a folder which says CC Lite for RTW/BI copy and paste it over the old files and should work if not reinstall the music mod

By the Way, Ive reinstalled the music mod but it still has no sound. Do I have to rename any files in the sounds folder in order for it to work?

You should have done the exact procedure in my text files inside. Just copy them in same file structure after you install the mod correctly.
One for the RTW and one for BI.
Of course....in this row
1)you install DarthMod
2)You install over it Lite music mod
3)You paste the files as advised.
Or else ...go to options to activate music...maybe it is set to mute.

Hi Darth. I did Exactly what you told me to do. In fact i reinstalled DarthMod And then installed the CC lite music mod, but it still has no music. not even the vanilla music. I must be doing something wrong but i have no clue what it is. Think you can assist me more?

Have you checked my 2 files in your root RTW folder for example :

Activision\Rome - Total War\If you use Lite_music_mod.txt
Activision\Rome - Total War\If you use Lite_music_mod for BI.txt

Yes, I have copied and pasted the desc_sounds_music.txt into my data folder and thats when my music goes mute. Ive checked the options menu and made sure it wasnt on mute; set the music volume to max; still no music. Sorry to be such a nuisance Darth. I love the mod by the way. My favorite one that i always play out of any other. Just cant seem to get the music right.

Are you sure you patch RTW 1.3 and 1.5 installed?

Yes I have patched it to 1.3 then 1.5. the moment i install the music mod it makes the game music silent. i backed up my original desc_sounds_music.txt and when i restore it thats when the music comes back but only vanilla music.

Try deleting the events.dat file and it should work just fine.

the only events.dat file i have in my sounds folder is called events.dat.backup. i deleted it but it still doesnt work. i wish i knew how to make it work cause i would love to hear the new music while playing darthmod.
