Unit faction icons incorrect?

Hi, I just recently installed TE and patched up to 5.1 CE, and it seems as though the icons for the factions are the same as it's 'ancestors' of vanilla. IE, Epirus, when use my diplomat with them, they appear as the Brutii faction and I as the Julii faction. Same when the turn changes and it goes through the top.

Did I do something wrong when installing?

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, it seems that the map isn't the same as in the screenshots. Is it suppose to be like that in CE?

Yeah i don't think you've installed TE properly at all.

Bah, so a reinstall is needed?

I installed 5.0 into the data folder, followed by 5.1.

Then I installed CE into the copied RTW folder.

EDT : Ok, I reinstalled, and the icon issues have been fixed, but the map is still not the one in screenshots (in CE). The UI looks the way it is suppose to. I'm installing hotfixes.
