Roman UNIT General ...... wrong skin color

Would it be possible from CA Units department to fix the skin color of the Roman general campaign map Unit?

It looks like an African or dark Indian skin and not like a white Roman / Italic skin ... as you can clearly see in that picture !

Well should be a bit less darker for sure. Us Italians are not africans and our skin is not that dark color.

yea they have bin out in the field getting a tanseriosly that is just a silly complain,my italian friens in belgium still have a darker tint than my belgium friends and they bouth live here

I doubt you met any italian then if you think are that dark .
the picture shows an african not an European .

It would be quite interesting if European soldiers campaigning in Spain, Italy, Greece, Africa, Southern Asia etc for a turn got darker but maybe it's just for the generals on the strategy map rather than the units?

Imagining Arverni units all tanned and dust covered trying to conquer Arabia. lol

It looks pretty tanned on your pic, yes, but have a look at the massive "campaign panoramic" - there we see a much brighter skin tone.
Maybe you just got quite a "dark picture".

I am from the north of europa and worked with Italians from the FIAT company.

Each of them had a darker skin then mine...

Romans weren't "nordic". I know, many nordicists claim Romans were "blue eyed, blonde people" but they were not. they were tanned or olive skinned people with brown or hazel eyes. of course there were white skinned people but they were not nordic.

I'm from Argentina, a country where almost 60% of people are at least descendants from italians.

So I agree, that's not an italian skin, HOWEVER.

Considering that there were mixtures between "races" (we're all humans) AND, considering that a ancient human spends most of his time working or training in the sun, that skin isn't that bad.
My uncle for instance is navy teacher and runs in "regatta's" (he's a sailor) and because of this, he's always darker than the rest of the family, specially during spring/summer where he can easily get that skin color.

For summing it up, I can actually believe a roman general that lives in the south of Italy has that skin colour, it isn't however, the most likely skin color.

you can pick any ancient book and if you are really that interested read the twelve caesars descriptions .

I was skiing in italy earlier this year, my ski instructor (a 40 year old man), was very dark. The same sort of colour as the general in your screenshot.
A ski instructor is outside alot. An ancient general would have been.

I don't see the problem?
