It souldnt be Athens, firstly that city wasnt in the coast, it had a port called Piraeus. And in the case CA forgets this Athens should have his own unique model in the battle map, and i cant see the Acropolis.

Agreed. This mght be Athens, but none tell us thats it's the Athenian city in the background.

It seems that a very huge temple is present inside the city. Anyone know which temple is it?

It looks like it may be Macedonian (also judging from the recent trailer)?

Have a look at the 7th pic from the top. On the right corner you can see the central Italy divided among Romans (Red), Samnites (Light Blue) and Etruscans or Gauls (Green). Image to make a full Italy map with the civs living there before the starting of the main campaign. Would be amazing. I hope in CA to make a good DLC with this or a mod to add it in if possible with the right tools.

What unit of Romans is that which is making the square formation? EDIT : Definitely looks like Hastatii.

Ever since I saw the unit formations panel expand in a Nile video, I always knew there were going to several formations per single unit, rather than groups.

Probably is one. There are going to be several formations for individual units.

Italian map in the prologue is pretty much how the main campaign of my dream would look like. More cities, really much more detailed.

Naval battles look gorgeous
