The Seleucids will control the province of Syria and a few other regions in other provinces. The rest of the empire is made up of various client states. I think the Seleucids have six client states and each of them more or less controls a whole province. This would give the Selucid faction a huge income buff because the vassals gives it a percentage of their incomes, so it should be quite a fomidable foe or ally. Its client states will be weaker though because of this and they are spread out all over the place.
Bottom line is, the Seleucid Empire will be stong, but a war on multiple fronts will be the end of it because of the many client states, IMO.
